- Utilization Organic ghee can be used for cooking as well as for daily consumption with meals. It can be used for cooking, frying, baking, braising, and steaming. Traditionally, in Indian Ayurvedic cuisine, spices are briefly roasted in ghee before cooking to allow their full aroma to develop. Tip: Stir 1-2 teaspoons of ghee into milk. Note: Ghee can be partially solid and partially liquid at room temperature.
