Refund policy

You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons. The revocation period shall be fourteen days with effect from the day, on which you or a third party nominated by you, which is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ayurdeva Vertriebs GmbH, Wendelins 1b, 87487 Wiggensbach, Germany, Tel: +49(0)8370 929330, eMail: service@ayurdeva.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this, but this is not mandatory. You can also electronically complete and submit the sample revocation form or another unequivocal declaration on our website https://account.ayurdeva.de . If you make use of this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of such revocation without delay (e.g. by email).

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of revocation before the revocation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to revoke this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may refuse a refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back to us, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day deadline. For the return of goods within Germany, we charge a flat-rate return fee of EUR 3.90. For returns from abroad, you will bear the full return costs charged by your local postal service provider. You will only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for the delivery of goods that can quickly spoil or whose expiration date would quickly be exceeded, such as food.
  
  
• Contracts for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and the current value of which depends on fluctuations in the market over which the trader has no influence.

• Contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production is either defined by an individual selection or stipulation by the consumer or that are clearly customized to the personal requirements of the consumer.
  
  
• Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery,

• Contracts for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery.
  
  
• Contracts for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts.
