Shipping policy

GoGreen Plus Standard Shipping in Germany

Benefit from our optimized shipping system: if you order on weekdays by 12:30 p.m., we will ship your order on the same day after you receive the order confirmation.

* (provided the items are in stock and except for the payment method SEPA transfer, as in this case shipping will not take place until payment is received, which takes about 1-2 days.

The shipping company we use (DHL) then delivers the package as quickly as possible from Monday to Saturday throughout Germany.

When your ready-to-ship package leaves our premises and is handed over to the parcel service, you will be informed by a separate e-mail (shipping notification). If the parcel delivery company does not meet you when delivering your shipment, they may leave the package with your neighbor or leave a notification card. With this notification card, you can pick up your package within 7 days at the post office responsible for you (upon presentation of an ID or driver's license).

Please note that parcels up to max. 60 cm x 35 cm x 35 cm are suitable for Packstations. If you would like your shipment to be delivered to a Packstation, the following data must be entered as an alternative delivery address:

  • Street: Packing station
  • House number: Packing station number
  • ZIP code: ZIP code of the packing station
  • Town: Town of the packing station
  • Additional address: Post ID

Customs duties

When shipping to non-EU countries, additional customs duties and fees may apply that are not included in our invoice amount. In this case, the total amount is exclusive of any customs duties, which are levied directly by the respective customs office.
